Public Registration for the Winter 10-Week Pottery Session is OPEN TO TIER TWO ONLY. The next round of registration emails will be sent out Wednesday, December 4th at 6:00pm, so keep an eye on that email!

Thank you to everyone who reached out with interest in our previous Fall 10-Week Session, we continue to be blown away by the support of the community and long-term students!

Please be patient while we work through this with you; being kind comes at no extra cost to the class.

In this fun 10 week course, you learn the basics of pottery making through hand-building and wheel-throwing. A variety of decorating techniques and materials help you to create pieces that are all your own! Classes are suitable for with or without clay experience.

• 10 classes per course (one class per week)
• 10 students per class
• All levels welcome - beginners and experts and all in-between!
•$638.94 plus $83.06 HST = $722.00 includes clay, materials and firing
• No more than two makeup classes offered - plan your schedule accordingly

You will be given a deadline for payment; once the deadline has passed, the unpaid spot will be released to other interested parties.

A 3-hour private lesson includes time on the potter's wheel and a hand-building project.

We have a selection of beautiful coloured glazes for you to choose from.

Your creations will be fired for you and ready for pick-up in 3-4 weeks.

Our pottery classes are only for ages 14 and above.

Groups can range from 2-10 people.

A fun-filled three hour private workshop for groups of 3-6! This session includes two activities:

First Activity:
Make a slab-built dish with impressed decorations and added foot. This piece is draped over a plaster mould for shaping. Successful results are assured, don’t you worry!

Second Activity:
What you’ve all been expecting: wheel-throwing. Fast, fun and messy! This will be your "Ghost" moment. Emphasis is on the experiential aspect of this activity, as resulting product is not guaranteed. You’ll have two goes at the wheel.

Participants are given different glaze colours to choose from to finish their pieces. We take care of the smoothing, glazing and firing of all pieces. Everything is ready for pick-up two to three weeks after the event.

Dress code:
Casual clothing and shoes. We use white clay that will wash out from fabrics. Suede and plush fabrics not recommended. Long hair should be tied back.
